Application Support

As a Microsoft Certified Partner, MGR IT provides comprehensive support for Microsoft applications as part of our Managed Services offerings. Our staff work with Microsoft technologies every day from server to desktop, so we know our stuff. If we do come across something we haven't seen before, we have priority access to Microsoft support, giving you additional peace of mind.

For non-Microsoft applications, we will provide unlimited support so long as you have a current support arrangement with the software provider. Let us deal with the provider's helpdesk and support staff. We will work with them to fix the problem and let you get on with running your business.
