All MGR IT Managed Services clients have access to our Helpdesk system. All calls to our Helpdesk are logged, tracked, escalated and reported by our Helpdesk system, so you can find out the status of your support call at any time via a simple web interface.
Integrated with our Helpdesk system is a growing Knowledge Base of common problems and solutions developed by the MGR IT staff. Our clients have access to this Knowledge Base, giving you the opportunity to quickly find the solution to your problem. The Knowledge Base also ensures that our technicians and consultants can share solutions easily and avoid reinventing the wheel, ensuring the quickest possible resolution to your problem.
