Unison – Unified Communications
Friday, December 12th, 2008I have been having a look recently at a Unified Communications product called Unison (www.unison.com). Unified Communications is about unifying various communication methods, such as e-mail, instant messaging and phone calls, into one product. Probably the best known example is Microsoft Unified Communications, though they certainly were not the first.
