Mathew is extremely passionate about people, process and technology, in that order! Throughout his career he has seen numerous instances of technology being used to combat people or process issues, only to see it fail miserably and cost alot of money. His advice to any business is to put your people first and ensure you have great proven processes in place before you look to technology for efficiencies.
